1.Eligibility for refunds

• We accept refund requests for items that are damaged on transit, defective, or not as described on our website.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the refund request within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund process

• Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographic evidence (if applicable)
• Our team will review your request and respond to you within 2 business days

3. Refund options

• If your refund request is approved, we offer the following options:
• A full refund to your original payment method.
• A replacement or exchange of the product, if available

4. Return shipping

• In cases where we require the return of the item, we will provide instructions on how to do so.
• It is ideal items being returned and sent back in their original packaging, with stickers, where possible
• The cost of return shipping may be covered by us, depending on the circumstance.

5. Non Eligible Items

• Some products such as custom made or personalized items,may not be eligible for refunds. We can however seek to replace them for you incase they are damaged.
• We do not offer refunds for items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
